I wish you had been in the room to hear her rave about the cake — how beautiful it looked and tasted! She insisted every one there try it. I personally followed her directive and cut a slice only to have it snatched out of my hands by someone else who later shared how much they too enjoyed it. Besides simply sharing my gratitude for your special added “touch” to Ms. Khan’s positive experience of my company, I also wanted to take this time to comment on my observation of your catering style overall. In my experience of you as a chef over the years, I have found your preparation consistently exquisite in taste and freshness.. Add to that your ever-impressive presentation. Chef, over and over again, you have demonstrated an eye for detail in uniquely displaying every dish — from the simple dessert to the full course meal. You use of vibrant, rich floral and fabrics combined with unique and creative accents come to mind when I attempt to describe the “visual” side of your artistry, but it’s more than that. In fact, to sum it all up, let me say this… you make a statement whenever you approach a catering project. Your passion for your culinary artistry is that remain ingredient and it is clearly evident in every dish. Experiencing that inspires… so much so that I thought it necessary to take time out to share my thoughts. Please accept these remarks. As sincere and heartfelt, always knowing you are one of my “Top Chefs”. When ever I am planning an event that includes food for a celebrity or a party or even just a close group of friends/family—I choose you! Chef Michael Gardner is a culinary connoisseur in his own right. His eccentric baking skills are second “to none”. I will never forget the Red Velvet cake he presented for my 40th Birthday. I still have flashbacks. It was the best I had ever experienced. He’s definitely a cooking force to be reckoned with.

Chef Michael has a variety of delicious cakes, but my favorite one is the pina-colada. It is out of this world. I really enjoyed the one he made for me. I took it home, had a cup of coffee and popped a video in then sat down and enjoyed the cake. I would recommend his service to anyone.

I was recently afforded the opportunity of sampling the cuisine of Chef Michael Gardner. It was a magical and exciting experience. The meal consisted of a wide array of specialties including Crab Cakes, Samosa’s, Orange Curry Rice and best of all Famous Red Velvet Cake. The cuisines really showcased the talent and creativity of Chef Gardner. I would highly recommend his tasty morsels for everyone to sample and enjoy.
